1. Can I use the cover on Spotify, Deezer, Apple Music, Amazon Music, etc?
Absolutely, all our cover designs comply with the requirements and standards of Digital Platforms. In case you encounter any problems with the distribution platforms, you can contact us at support [email protected].
2. How long will it take to receive my order?
Case 1: If you ordered a Cover Art PSD Template(s), the download link will be sent to your email in less than 24 hours.Â
Case 2: If you ordered a Cover Art, Back Cover or Lyric Video edition, the download link for your files will be sent to your email in less than 24 hours. In some cases, Video Lyric editing may take 1 to 3 days, our team will notify you if this is the case, and you will receive the download link once finished.
3. It's been more than 24 hours, and I haven't received my order.
Make sure the download links for your order are in your email. The notification sent to your email may have ended up in the spam folder, but the download links have been delivered.
If the download links still do not appear, please contact us at [email protected] or by Whatsapp and we will help you resend the download links or process a refund.
It is important to clarify that if you requested an edition of Video Lyric in your order, in some cases, the edition may take 1 to 3 days, therefore, our team will notify you if this is the case, and you will receive the download link once finalized. If 3 days have passed and you still do not receive the download link, please contact us at [email protected] or via Whatsapp and we will help you resend the download links or process a refund.
4. What files will I receive in my order?
If you ordered Cover Art PSD Templates, you will receive the original and editable PSD files along with the fonts used.
If you ordered a Cover Art, Back Cover or Lyric Video Edition order, you will receive the edited images and videos in the corresponding formats detailed in the following link: Cover Art edition
5. What is the resolution of Cover Arts?
The resolution of all our covers is 3000 x 3000 px and 300 dpi.
6. What should I do if I want to remove a Cover Art from the catalog?
If you want us to remove a Cover Art from our catalog, you can contact us by email at [email protected] or by WhatsApp, and we will inform you of the procedure to follow. It should be noted that this service has an extra cost.
7. What is the duration of the Video Lyrics?
The long of a Lyric Video is exactly the same as the long of the song you provide.
